At Upstream 360, we have always had a soft spot for our four-legged friends. That's why we are proud to have a dog-friendly environment where our employees can bring their furry companions to work with them. We also support animal welfare organizations like the SPCA Cincinnati and have been sponsoring and attending their annual Fur Ball for years.

But this year, we decided to take our love for dogs a step further and do something different that would directly involve our team's skills. That's when the Pup Connection event was born. From the very beginning, we knew it was going to be something special.

We collaborated with the SPCA Cincinnati to highlight dogs who had been waiting for their forever homes for a long time. We wanted to focus our creativity and wit on these lovable pups to give them the best chance of finding their perfect match.

Our team of talented individuals, including a photographer, designer, illustrator, project manager, and editor, went to the SPCA for a full day to organize and execute a photoshoot. We had everyone we needed under one roof to shoot, design, and share the profiles with the SPCA team.

The dating profiles we created for each dog were fun and creative, just like a human dating profile. We asked questions like "What's your idea of a perfect date?" and "Do you want to cuddle or play fetch?" to help potential adopters get a better understanding of the dog's personality. Each profile also included cute and silly photos that showcased the dog's unique charm and personality.

On the day of the event, the SPCA Cincinnati shared one dating profile per hour on their Facebook page, and we observed with joy as people flooded in with love and support. We were delighted to see that the SPCA was also able to leverage their local network and secure coverage from news stations like Fox19 and Channel 5. It was truly heartening to witness the outpouring of love and support for these dogs, knowing that each share brought them one step closer to finding their forever homes.

As participants in the Pup Connection adoption event, we felt incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a special initiative. We're excited to see what the future holds for these precious pups and are immensely thankful for the SPCA's willingness to partner with us. Looking ahead, we're eagerly anticipating the possibilities for next year's event. We're thrilled to have played a role in their adoption journey and encourage anyone interested in adopting a pet to visit their local Humane Society or animal shelter. Who knows?
